We are thrilled that you are considering entering this year’s International Cheese and Dairy Awards, being held at Bingley Hall, Stafford in the United Kingdom. As the oldest Cheese and Dairy Show in the world it has an excellent reputation both in the UK and Internationally providing a platform to Benchmark your products against the very best on the market and help to further enhance your reputation internationally for the manufacture of quality cheese and dairy products.
We hope that you will be at the show for the presentations on 10am on Friday 28 June 2024.
We are trying to make the safe passage of your cheese as simple as possible, working with our colleagues globally.
Please arrange to move your own exhibits into your local consolidation point on time (details below).
The show will then take full responsibility and meet the costs for the onward journey from your local consolidation point to London Gatwick then through to the staging of exhibits, prior to judging.
PLEASE NOTE:
- AN OFFICIAL VETERINARY STAMPED HEALTH CERTIIFICATE IS NOT REQUIRED.
- WE WILL ISSUE YOU WITH A UK IMPORT AUTHORISATION ON BEHALF OF THE AWARDS.
- INDIVIDUAL ENTRIES SHOULD NOT EXCEED 5KGS OR 11 LBS. WE RECOMMEND A MINIMUM OF 1KG PER ENTRY.
- THE TOTAL CONSIGNMENT MUST NOT EXCEED 250KGS OR 550LBS.
- I WILL NEED AN ELECTRONIC COPY OF A COMPLETED ENTRY TRACEABILITY FORM AHEAD OF DESPATCH
- I WILL NEED AN ELECTRONIC COPY OF YOUR COMMERCIAL INVOICE BEFORE YOUR DESPATCH AND THE DETAILS ON THIS INVOICE MUST MATCH EXACTLY, THE CONTENTS OF EACH CASE.
