Option 1

Send your own entries without any support from ICDA.

Please note there is no minimum entry number per exhibitor in 2025 if you deliver your own entries with no ICDA support.

We are thrilled that you are considering entering this year’s International Cheese and Dairy Awards, being held at Bingley Hall, Stafford, United Kingdom. As the oldest Cheese and Dairy Show in the world, it has an excellent reputation both in the UK and internationally, providing a platform to benchmark your products against the very best on the market and enhance your reputation internationally for producing quality cheese and dairy products.

  • Judging Date: Wednesday, 25 June 2025
  • Presentations: Thursday, 26 June 2025 at 10 AM

We are working with our colleagues globally to make the safe passage of your cheese as simple as possible.

DO NOT SEND YOUR ENTRIES DIRECTLY TO THE SHOWGROUND DUE TO THE LACK OF CHILLED FACILITIES ON SITE, AHEAD OF THE SHOW.

Make your own arrangements to deliver your competitive entries directly to the following address before Friday, 20 June 2025:

The show will take full responsibility and meet the costs for the onward journey from the consolidation point through to the staging of exhibits, prior to judging.

Important Notes:

  • An official veterinary stamped health certificate is NOT required.
  • We will issue you with a UK Import Authorisation on behalf of the awards.
  • Your consignment must not exceed 250 kg (550 lbs).
