Send your own entries (no ICDA support)
There is no minimum number of entries per exhibitor if you deliver your own entries without ICDA support.
We are thrilled that you are considering entering this year’s International Cheese and Dairy Awards, being held at Bingley Hall, Stafford in the United Kingdom. As the oldest Cheese and Dairy Show in the world, it has an excellent reputation both in the UK and internationally, providing a platform to benchmark your products against the very best on the market and helping to further enhance your reputation for the manufacture of quality cheese and dairy products.

- Trophy Presentations: 11am Thursday 25 June 2026
We are working with our colleagues globally to make the safe passage of your cheese as simple as possible.
Do not send your entries directly to the showground, as chilled facilities are not available on site ahead of the show.

Option 2
Send your entries with ICDA support via the European consolidation point
There is a minimum of 10 entries per exhibitor when using ICDA consolidation support.
Arrange to move your exhibits into our European consolidation point on time using the Import Authorisation issued by the show. The consolidator will confirm the documents required for movement of your entries.
The show will meet the costs for the onward journey from the consolidation point through to the staging of exhibits prior to judging.
Please Note
- An official veterinary stamped health certificate is not required.
- We will issue a UK Import Authorisation on your behalf.
- Total consignment must not exceed 250kg (550lbs).
- Please ensure your cheese is delivered to the consolidation point on or before the required date shown in the timeline below.
